A quality haircut by super friendly and professional stylists in a nice environment.

Kelly is fantastic! However, within 2 minutes of opening, her schedule is already up to an hour wait. Try to check in online and cannot do so. So, what is one to do? Call the store, right? NOPE, it is against company policy to check people in over the phone. Solution? Come in, sign in and either wait an hour-plus or "run some errands" and come back. If you do decide to leave to "run some errands" and there is a no-show (which happens), you then lose your reservation for not waiting in-store. None of this would be an issue, but have had haircuts from two of the other stylists in these scenarios and both had to be "fixed" by Kelly. Honestly, if Kelly leaves this location, they will fold in about 2 months (or sooner). The one star has nothing to do with Kelly, it is about a broken system which makes it impossible to schedule a good haircut.
